Texton Construction Co., Inc started as Pacific Engineering Company in Houston, Texas back in 1981 with a vision to build projects that would strike pride into the hearts of owners and builders alike. We have worked with our subcontractors to build over 1000 housing units and specialize in residential, commercial, and public works construction. Stemming from a passion for building and creation, the company settled into the San Gabriel Valley and became one of the few founding construction companies of the area. With a strong background in engineering, we have helped build steadfast landmarks from hotels, schools, major shopping centers, residential complexes, condominiums, retirement homes, tract homes, and more throughout the whole of Southern California, from the San Gabriel Valley, to Costa Mesa, to the brims of the Pacific Ocean.

Sean started working at Texton during the summers of his high school years, transitioning to a full time position upon graduation from Civil Engineering at Cornell University. He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of construction from ground up.

Shawn Kuo
Shawn has worked in construction of over the span 50 years with experience in multiple countries. He understand the importance of precision in construction and is often commended by clients on his attention to detail and great customer service. His many years in construction has laid a solid groundwork to ensure projects are completed to client satisfaction.
Henry Lim
Project Manager
Having been working in construction and project management since the 90’s, Henry has been through the ups and downs of construction. He is well equipped with skills that allow him to be entrusted supervising specialized projects such as those with podium deck construction. He has managed projects with decks that range from mixed use commercial buildings to hundred unit residential units.
Paul Chiang
Project Engineer
Paul is a trustworthy, energetic force that has over ten years of work experience. He's a trustworthy member of our team who can always be relied on to take ownership of all construction related issues and code compliance questions.
